Mike Baker has served Pangburn First Baptist Church since 2021. A native of Virginia, Mike came to Arkansas in 1997 and has served in various churches in Virginia, New Jersey, and Arkansas. He and Robbin have been married since 1976. They have two adult children and five grandchildren all living in central Arkansas.

Candace is the organization and record keeper for the church family. She is deeply committed and involved in numerous Pangburn Benevolence activities along with her church role. She and Bruce are long time residents of Pangburn and have a passionate desire to help others in need of food or essential items.
